Event Description

Candid Conversations
We often hear about the “generational gap” as a hurdle to be managed at work. But with as many as five different generations currently in the workplace, if we want to fundamentally shift the landscape of wealth management, we have to stop seeing our age differences as barriers and start seeing them as our greatest strategic advantage.
Join us for a bold, honest dialogue about the realities of the multi-generational workplace. This session is more than a discussion: it’s an act of advocacy. We believe that when women across the career spectrum collaborate and celebrate one another’s strengths, we create an unstoppable force capable of leading this industry into the future.
This facilitated session features a panel of advisors from diverse career stages who aren’t afraid to go deep. We’ll be asking the “sticky” questions in order to promote candid dialogue that inspires empowering collaboration across generations.
• What are the generational biases we know exist but are afraid to talk about?
• What is one thing another generation does that frustrates you the most?
• What is a common misconception you encounter about your generation?
• How can we unite different perspectives to redefine what success looks like?
Come ready to challenge your own assumptions, share your stories, and help us prove that when women lead together, the entire industry moves forward
