Women’s Alliance Announces Heather Randolph Carter of Carson Group to Board of Directors
Nonprofit continues to strengthen industry leadership and advance women in financial advising
[St. Petersburg, FL] – The Women’s Alliance of Financial Advisors, a nonprofit 501(c)(3), firm-agnostic organization, is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather Randolph Carter, Chief Brand and Culture Officer at Carson Group, to its Board of Directors. Her appointment reflects the Alliance’s ongoing commitment to fostering collaboration across the financial services industry and advancing the representation of women within the financial advising profession.

As Chief Brand and Culture Officer, Randolph Carter leads the firm’s marketing strategy, advisor and client acquisition initiatives, internal and external communications and brand strategy. She also plays a key role in shaping Carson’s culture through oversight of talent acquisition and employee development.
A 20-year veteran of the financial services industry, Randolph Carter has dedicated her career to helping wealth management firms and the financial advisors they support build compelling brands, deepen client relationships, attract new assets and talent, and strengthen the trust of clients and communities. Prior to joining Carson, Randolph Carter served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at LPL Financial, where she oversaw the firm’s brand, marketing, communications, corporate sustainability, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

The Alliance seeks to attract more women into the financial planning industry and provide impactful resources and empowering support to women financial planning professionals.
