"A client I spoke with today is exploring a career transition into financial advising. She currently works in Disability and Inclusion and believes this path aligns well with her strengths. I agree with her – she’s a dynamic individual who feels comfortable in financial discussions and has the skill set needed for this type of role.

Kimberlee: Are there resources or networks—such as WLA—that you’d recommend for someone entering the field? Are there mentorship programs that support individuals with backgrounds in advocacy or inclusion?"
